We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled
IT Support Technician
to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to ensure that our internal systems and technology infrastructure run smoothly. If you have a strong problem-solving mindset, a passion for technology, and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
* Maintain and configure internal IT systems, including software installations, updates, and system configurations.
* Assist in setting up and configuring new employee workstations, including both hardware and software.
* Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring they remain secure, up-to-date, and fully functional.
* Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
* Provide remote support and on-site assistance for technical issues.
* Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT support system for future reference.
* Manage inventory of IT equipment and assist with procurement of hardware and software.
* Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and data backups.
* Provide training to staff on new technologies, software, and IT best practices.


Requirements

* A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a technical support role.
* Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with hardware setup, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
* Experience with networking, VPNs, and remote access technologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist) are a plus.
