Business Development Manager | Construction & Maintenance
Location: Gold Coast & Brisbane
Salary: $100k - $120k Base + Uncapped Commission

A trade or property management background is highly advantageous

The Role
* Identifying and securing commercial opportunities across retail, industrial, health, and education sectors.
* Owning the strategy, not just finding leads.
* Build and manage a robust project pipeline.
* Manage sales cycles from 5 days to 9 weeks for larger projects.
* Leverage existing relationships with developers, architects, and project managers across QLD.
* Work closely with Ops and Project Managers to ensure that what you sell is delivered to perfection.
What You Bring to the Table
* Tradie Edge: Ideally, you've been in office and understand the "how" and "why" of construction repairs.
* Property Fluency: If you aren't a tradie, you've spent 10+ years in Property or Real Estate and know the Kingscliff/GC/Brisbane market inside out.
* The Grind: Comfortable with a high-performance setting, track quotes (5 per week) and focus on a 40% conversion rate.
