With strong brand recognition, loyal customers, and continued market demand, the business is expanding its field sales team and looking for a driven Territory Manager/BDM to own and grow a defined territory. The Role: This is not a desk job. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven field sales role combining new business development, account management, and brand execution. You’ll manage your own geographical territory, identifying new opportunities, converting prospects, nurturing existing clients, and ensuring strong in-store brand presence. This is not a passive account management position. It’s proactive territory ownership, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business while strengthening existing relationships. You’ll work closely with the National Sales Manager and broader team to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility across your region. Key Responsibilities Sales & Territory Growth Identify and convert new business opportunities within your assigned territory Conduct face-to-face prospecting and structured call cycles Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Regularly visit existing accounts to maximise growth and retention Negotiate effectively and close new supply agreements Brand & Promotional Execution Deliver and install marketing materials at customer sites Execute promotional campaigns and ensure agreed visibility Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events Monitor competitor activity and market trends Customer Education & Support Educate customers on product usage and commercial benefits Support smooth onboarding and first deliveries Build strong, long-term relationships through a consultative approach Reporting & Performance Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reporting Manage territory planning and scheduling Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs What We’re Looking For Previous direct selling or field sales experience Proven ability to hit sales budgets and close new business Strong objection handling and negotiation skills Excellent time management and territory planning ability Highly self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver’s licence FMCG experience preferred but not essential Perks & Benefit Annual Salary: Up to $120,000 (flexible for the right person depending on experience) superannuation commission Company Car: Provided (manual transmission) Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible scheduling Typically 9:00am – 5:00pm One shift per week approx. 12:00pm – 8:00pm or 1:00pm – 9:00pm to accommodate customers who open later Territory ownership with autonomy Established, trusted brand with strong market demand Supportive leadership and clear expectations Opportunity to grow as the business continues to scale Dynamic field-based role with variety and impact If you’re a driven field sales professional who enjoys autonomy, face-to-face selling, and building strong customer relationships, and want to represent a trusted, established FMCG brand, this is your opportunity.
