Peet is Hiring: Secure your Future with a Massive Pipeline & ASX-listed Stability
The Opportunity
In the WA property market, few names carry the weight, history and pipeline security of Peet Limited. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia's leading ASX-listed developers. While other firms fluctuate with market cycles, Peet offers the stability of a 125-year legacy and a massive national footprint.
We are looking for a Development Manager who isn't satisfied with 'business as usual'. You want to work on complex, legacy-leaving master planned communities that shape the future of Perth.
The Role
Reporting to a highly regarded Project Director and State Manager, you will take ownership of a flagship greenfield portfolio. This is a true 'cradle to grave' development role where your commercial acumen will be just as valued as your delivery skills.
You will drive:
* End-to-End Delivery:
Full lifecycle management of large-scale residential subdivisions.
* Strategy & Feasibility: Managing project cash flows, feasibilities, and budget forecasting.
* Authority Management:
Navigating complex planning approvals and building strong relationships with LGAs and statutory bodies.
* Civil Works:
Overseeing the superintendent and civil contractors to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
* Team Collaboration:
Working closely with internal sales, marketing, and community development teams to bring the project vision to life.
About You:
We are looking for capability and drive not just a specific job title.
* The Ste-Up: You are a high-performing DM hitting a ceiling in your current company. You have run your own projects (end-to-end) and are ready to manage larger, more complex estates with higher autonomy.
* The Senior Expert: You are an established senior professional in the development industry seeking a refresh. You want a better pipeline, a more collaborative culture, and the backing of a balance sheet that allows you to move quickly.
Ideally, You will have substantial local experience in WA Land Development (Greenfield/Subdivision) along with relevant tertiary education.
Why Join Peet?
Why leave your current role?
* The Pipeline:
With a significant land bank across WA, you aren't working yourself out of a job. You are a building a decade long career.
* The Culture:
Peet balances corporate professionalism with a flat, collaborative structure. You are a name, not a number, and you have direct access to decision makers.
* The Stability
: In a volatile construction market, the security of an ASX-listed giant provides peace of mind and genuine resources to get the job done.
* The remuneration
: Peet is seeking a standout Development Manager, and offers a competitive salary package to reflect the quality and level of experience required.
