Clinical Nurse Consultant – Renal Supportive Care at Orange Health Service. Employment Type: Permanent Part Time, Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 1, Remuneration: $63.91 - $65.22 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options). About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, your role as a leader in our organisation will help us shape the future of rural health, with your advanced clinical skills and collaborative and supportive mentoring style, leading the team to achieving our goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities. You will provide clinical leadership, advice and recommendations on Renal support care, clinical supervision to nursing staff and be a role model for the team, providing nursing care on a regular basis.
Open communication skills and emotional intelligence are vital to this role, as we're seeking someone to enhance our team with their positive influence and resilience. You'll demonstrate knowledge in applying research and evidence-based practice, with the ability to think critically, problem solve and link outcomes to the principles of continuous quality improvement in your clinical specialty field.
