**Job Summary**
The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient management of stock, distribution, and control of materials, tools, and equipment. This position is responsible for assisting with stocktake/cycle counting, managing documentation, overseeing stock storage processes, taking delivery of goods, and fulfilling outgoing orders.
* Assist with stocktake/cycle counting and auditing compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage documentation for purchase order receipts, conformance certificates, and delivery dockets to maintain organized records.
* Oversee stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling to ensure easy identification and retrieval of items.
* Take delivery of goods and inspect for accuracy and/or damage to prevent potential issues.
* Fulfill outgoing orders by packaging and dispatching materials in a timely manner.
* Operate lifting gear or forklift machinery for heavy packages to ensure safe handling and transportation.
* Deliver materials to maintenance depots or project sites using company vehicles to meet operational needs.
* Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to streamline inventory management and logistics processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills, experience with similar ERP systems, a valid driver's license, and a forklift license. A Certificate III in Transport Logistics/Warehousing Operations and Medium Rigid License are also desirable qualifications.
