About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled HR professional to take on a generalist position on the Gold Coast. Our client works in the events industry and is experiencing rapid growth within their People team.
An experienced HR Generalist is required to provide HR support on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR generalist advice, end-to-end recruitment, analysing data for HR and compliance reporting, assisting with recruitment and selection processes, owning and managing the full onboarding process for new employees, overseeing the compliance training program, and promoting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate at least 2-3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role or higher, with qualifications in HR highly regarded. You must also have a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practice, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and provide advice to team members. Problem solving and time management skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines, are essential. Experience with HRIS systems such as ELMO and Humanforce is highly regarded.
