What is the role?
As the Party & Event Coordinator for our Kingpin Crown venue, utilising your superb organisational and leadership skills, you will lead the Party & Events Hosts to ensure all of our parties and events are executed to a high level, as per brand standards, focusing on an exceptional guest experience.
You will be responsible for liaising with the National Event & Sales team to ensure all corporate and group events are planned for, communicated to the relevant internal departments, and delivered in a manner that ensures the guests are making remarkable memories and will be wanting to return again and again!
Our parties set us apart from everyone else! Not only do we make sure that our party parents don't need to lift a finger, we celebrate joy! Whether it's dancing to the birthday child's favourite song, conga-lining through the venue, or shooting hoops in the arcade, we're engaging with our guests every step of the way to make sure we're remembered as their best birthday ever!
But no stress, you won't be acting alone! You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. After all, #weareroyal
