Our client, Bell & Moir Toyota, is seeking skilled Auto Electricians to join their team. They are an established Toyota dealership providing vehicle sales, servicing, and repairs for new and used passenger and commercial vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive electrical and electronic systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
* Inspecting, testing, and servicing vehicle wiring, lighting, ignition systems, batteries, alternators, starter motors, and electronic control systems.
* Using diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults and carry out effective repairs.
* Installing, repairing, and testing electrical components and accessories.
* Maintaining accurate service and diagnostic records for all work completed.
* Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and Australian standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Completion of a recognised trade qualification in automotive electrical or a similar field.
* Proven experience working with modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
* Commitment to high‐quality workmanship and safe work practices.
