Early Collections Representative (6 month contract)
Join Toyota Finance Australia as an Early Collections Representative on a 6-month contract, supporting the Customer Resolutions team at the Caribbean Park office in Scoresby.
About the role
As an Early Collections Representative, you will service the needs of customers across a variety of brands, handling general account enquiries, refinancing, policy sales, and early collections. You will provide high-level customer service with a focus on first-point resolution and exceeding customer expectations.
Hours of operation
Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
We are closed weekends and national public holidays. A hybrid working model allows 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities
Provide first-call resolution to all general customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Engage with customers to provide solutions to their finance needs.
Ensure promised-to-pay and payment arrangements are input correctly and meet customer financial needs.
Contribute to business success by making improvement recommendations and taking ownership of results.
Qualities we're looking for
Previous call-based customer service experience (highly desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Professionalism and composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-skill across technology platforms while on calls.
Active listening, problem-solving, and rapport-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
