As a property manager you are the bread and butter of our organisation, therefore caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority.

A Day In the Life
Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
Located minutes from the waterfront, enjoy your lunch break by the beach
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
- Portfolio based property management (160 properties)
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears

The Successful Candidate
- Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
- A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
