About the role
Manager with broad industrial process experience based in the Kwinana industrial area. This full-time role will initially be responsible for production capacity growth and industrial process improvement and progress to broader financial management and international marketing responsibilities with a review of salary at that time.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
What we're looking for
* Significant experience in a professional (15+ years) and management role (8+ years), preferably within the mining, processing or manufacturing industry
* Strong focus on strategy, continuous improvement and cost control
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strongly self‐motivated with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Tertiary qualification in metallurgy or engineering
* WorkSafe mines statutory certificate and relevant experience
