As an Operational Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and provide them with the correct refund. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, sorting recyclable items into their correct categories, transporting items to the relevant storage area, and ensuring customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products.
Additional responsibilities include cash handling, ensuring staff adhere to all health and safety procedures, and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks. We continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction while ensuring staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
