**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve fleet sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective fleet customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet sector.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with fleet clients.
- Coordinate with the dealership's inventory and finance departments to ensure availability and financing options meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the fleet sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of fleet sales, leasing, and financing options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
