In this role, you'll own service outcomes, remove friction and ensure seamless service experience so our brokers can deliver for their customers with confidence. As a Broker Advocate, you'll be the trusted point of contact for service delivery, championing broker needs across internal teams while partnering with stakeholders to enhance capability, drive innovative solutions, and embed a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer centricity, all in alignment with IAG's Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) strategy.
There are two permanent, full-time roles available based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What You'll Do
* Build strong, service-based relationships with brokers ensuring expectations and business objectives are met
* Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of services to brokers
* Manage and resolve complex service issues, acting as the escalation point to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
* Assist in implementing initiatives that improves service delivery and support the goals of the Broker Service Team
* Support governance initiatives, including audits, and compliance with Terms of Trade.
What You'll Bring
* Strong customer service experience, preferably in finance or insurance environment
* Background in Service, Underwriting, Claims, or Portfolio or Relationship Management is preferable
* Demonstrated experience managing complex service issues
* Comfortable engaging with senior brokers and internal leaders
* Ability to operate autonomously with accountability
* Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
* Strong service acumen
