As Assistant Manager, Card Application Assurance, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and compliance of the end-to-end Card Application journey. This includes proactive monitoring, operational excellence, and governance across both digital and manual processes. Your work will help deliver a seamless, compliant, and customer‑first experience.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Governance
* Lead bi‑monthly Business Unit Reviews to oversee acquisition journey initiatives and outcomes.
* Maintain accountability for the effective flow of digital and manual application journeys.
* Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
* Participate in audit reviews, assess priorities, and implement recommendations.
Quality Assurance
* Support maintenance of Card Application workflows to ensure a smooth and compliant customer experience.
* Monitor third‑party APIs and internal systems for performance and reliability; enforce SLAs.
* Track new account queues to identify opportunities for timely processing.
* Operationalize issue response processes to minimize risk and disruption.
Project Management
* Coordinate fixes and remediation across impacted teams, including communication reviews (emails, letters, and customer care scripts).
* Drive implementation of audit recommendations and process improvements.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
* Manage initiatives through the New Product Approvals process, preparing documentation and liaising with approvers.
Minimum Qualifications
* Strong understanding of application workflows and operational processes.
* Experience in monitoring system performance and managing SLAs.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.
* Ability to manage compliance requirements and audit remediation.
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with third‑party API integrations and performance monitoring.
* Experience in governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
* Project management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
