The Role:

As a key member of our facilities team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Under the guidance of the Facilities Coordinator, you will receive training in this role and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

You will be responsible for:

* Picking up mail and parcels from the store room
* Filling printers daily
* Scanning and recording work papers
* Covering reception and providing a professional and welcoming environment
* Filing documents
* Coordinating daily afternoon mail
* Assisting with meeting room setup and clean-up when required
* Restocking and cleaning the boardroom and staff kitchens daily
* Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed


About You:

We are looking for someone who is warm, honest, and genuine, with excellent organisational skills. This is an entry-level role, requiring only a great attitude and a positive smile. You must be comfortable communicating at all levels and have a strong desire to learn.
