We're seeking a proactive and reliable Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy service department. About the Role As a key part of the service team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, documentation is processed accurately, and all logistics around servicing (flights, accommodation, hire cars, etc.) are handled with precision. Your role will include: Scheduling technicians for service jobs nationally Coordinating flights, accommodation and car hire Processing timesheets, service reports and job documentation Preparing quotes and raising purchase orders Managing invoices and service records Maintaining service databases and improving internal systems Supporting ongoing projects and ad hoc admin tasks What You Bring Previous experience in service coordination or administrative support Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Background in servicing, scheduling or technical industries is a bonus Why Join Us You’ll work within a friendly, collaborative team that values initiative and accountability.
