The Australian division is currently focusing on integrating compliance obligations and risk management practices, indicating a strong commitment to regulatory adherence and operational excellence in a highly scrutinised industry.
The Role
This pivotal role requires a Domain Expert in Compliance Obligations management to uplift and implement crucial compliance content.
You will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory requirements are linked to the company's risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the enhancement of compliance data (risks, obligations, controls, etc.).
Quality Assurance : Provide oversight of content creation to ensure consistency, standardisation, and relevance.
Stakeholder Engagement : Provide progress updates to business leadership, colleagues across all three lines of accountability, and project governance committees.
System Integration : Ensure compliance content is enabled and integrated into the Group Risk & Compliance (GRC) system.
Your Experience
Industry Expertise : Proven experience in compliance management with a strong understanding of regulations in the Superannuation and / or broader Wealth Industry.
Facilitation : Demonstrated expertise in risk and compliance management facilitation (Line 1 or Line 2), with a track record of designing and delivering effective compliance content.
Communication : Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and motivating diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
Attributes : Ability to operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in utilising GRC systems is preferred.
