Computergate is an Independent Global Services Provider that offers a full range of Partner & Managed Services to provide comprehensive and cost-effective IT support services for all size businesses.
We are currently seeking Casual Junior Service Delivery Technicians in Sydney, NSW to provide the delivery of Technical Services tasks within the Service Desk and on-site support. This involves working with industry standard computer servers, PC's, Laptops, Tablets, networks and communication protocols.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Assist in the delivery of service by providing dispatch, logistics, workshop and Service Desk, in-house & on-site support
* Manage service requests, incidents, and problems through ticketing system
* Coordinate & deploy technical resources in other geographies to perform timely resolution of support requests within specified SLA's
* Experience in a diverse range of hardware and software, including but not limited to network connected devices at the desktop & user level
* Maintenance & repair of Printers & Scanners
* Assist with Spare Parts Management & Logistics duties
* Schedule, coordinate and attend on-site & remote tasks working within service guidelines
Key Selection Criteria:
* Industry accreditation and minimum of 6-18 months recent experience with IT & Service Desk related support
* Technical expertise in End User technologies, including PC's, Laptops, Point of Sale, Printers, Network devices, Microsoft Windows, etc.
* Knowledge and experience with service ticketing systems and Hardware break/fix services for Spare Parts replacement
* Understanding & knowledge of Service Level Agreements and ability to deliver against set criteria & processes
* Capable of working in a team environment assisting in multiple tasks on hand in different Time Zones across Asia Pacific
* Good understanding of Logistics & Inventory Management techniques
* Excellent communication; professional presentation
* Able to work with minimal supervision with strong problem-solving skills
* Strong personal time management skills and priority setting skills
* After hours work will be rostered among the service delivery team and be paid as overtime
* Driver's License & own car is essential
