Poultry Farm Worker Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused professional to join our team as a Poultry Farm Worker. As a key member, you will be responsible for working with poultry animals in a safe and efficient manner.
* Ensuring adherence to strict animal welfare guidelines and regulations
* Performing mechanical tasks and troubleshooting abilities
* Working independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts
* Adapting to varying shifts, including night shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays as per a rotating roster
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Valid driver's license
* Previous experience in poultry animal husbandry (not essential)
* Physical stamina required for strenuous physical activity
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work co-operatively
* Commitment to adhering to health and safety, bio-security, and operational requirements
