About the Role
As our Victorian Partnership Manager, you'll be the key link between our brokerage and our referral partners.
You'll nurture existing relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver a consistent stream of high-quality leads to support our broker team.
This is a highly interactive role with regular display home visits, relationship management, presentations, and strategic planning to ensure our partnership network continues to grow and perform.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Victorian referral partners including display homes, real estate agents and developer networks.
Conduct regular site visits across key regions to maintain engagement and deliver value.
Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communication and support.
Lead Generation
Drive lead flow through existing partnerships and ensure partners are confident promoting our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead tracking and reporting.
Monitor and analyse lead performance, offering insights and improvement recommendations.
Allocate leads to brokers in consultation with your manager.
Business Development
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities across Victoria.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and competitor activity.
Strategic Partnership Planning
Develop and execute a Victorian partnership strategy that supports broader business growth.
Work closely with leadership to ensure partnership activities align with company goals.
Represent the business professionally at local industry events and partner sessions.
Reporting & Insights
Track partnership performance and report regularly to senior leadership.
Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in partnership efforts.
What We're Looking For
Experience in partnership management, business development, account management or a similar relationship-focused role.
A natural communicator who builds trust easily.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships.
Confidence presenting to groups and educating partners on our services.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
