A fully integrated property developer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inground Infrastructure Coordinator to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Canberra. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your new role
As the Inground Infrastructure Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, integration, and compliance of inground infrastructure assets across all project stages. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external authorities to ensure timely approvals, quality installations, and accurate documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
* Attend meetings to oversee infrastructure integrity and integration of new and existing assets.
* Conduct ad-hoc inspections of inground infrastructure installations and document findings.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure asset registration and licensing compliance.
* Manage Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) processes and service location for external contractors.
* Build strong relationships with telecommunications and data providers, assisting with infrastructure approvals.
* Interpret and understand technical designs and plans.
* Support the development and delivery of new inground infrastructure projects.
* Obtain necessary authority approvals and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Demonstrated experience in infrastructure coordination or a related field.
* Strong understanding of underground services, utilities, and asset management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
