We are seeking a Service & Sales Support Manager to join our team in a dual remote and office-based role. This position oversees service coordination, warranty management, and internal sales support, acting as a key link between customers, technicians, suppliers, and our sales team.
This role suits someone with pool industry experience who enjoys problem solving and providing excellent customer service, without being on the tools full-time.
About the role
* Manage warranty claims, repairs, and manufacturer liaison
* Oversee Maytronics cleaner repairs (training provided if required)
* Supporting our sales team with quoting, invoicing, and account management
* Manage incoming calls and customer communication
* Ensure day-to-day office and service operations
About you
* Have previous experience in the pool and spa industry
* Have technical and chemical knowledge
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a 'customer first' mindset
* Able to work autonomously and support a wider team
* Comfortable with office systems and administration
