Join the Transition Care Service team working in an alternative hospital environment at the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide, providing public hospital patients who no longer require acute care, clinical care to rest and recover in this unique setting.
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join the team, part time (0.6 FTE) or up to full time for the right candidate, to work between Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, on a rolling rotating roster.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based Physiotherapy to patients. You will work with a diverse caseload of patients to help them achieve their functional goals, in addition to:
* Delivery of tailored physiotherapy assessment and interventions
* Collaborate with members of a diverse team
* Support discharge planning and community reintegration
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
About you
* Have at least one years' experience as a Physiotherapist
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Experience in sub-acute, rehabilitation, or acute care settings (preferred)
* Have a commitment to person centred care
* Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
* If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
