About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Joondalup store. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and use your industry expertise to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing retail team
* Delivering exceptional customer service through expert product knowledge
* Driving sales, KPIs, and store profitability

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Current or previous hairdressing experience with a minimum of 10 years working on the salon floor
* Proven leadership or management experience (retail or salon-based preferred)
* Strong knowledge of professional haircare products and techniques
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* A proactive, results-driven mindset
