We're seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to lead operations across multiple client sites in Queensland. As our Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between SoClean and our clients—ensuring service excellence, compliance, and team performance across a portfolio of sites. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive account management and regular engagement
* Monitor and maintain the performance of client accounts to meet service standards
* Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client outcomes
* Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to internal and external stakeholders
* Efficiently manage and allocate resources to meet client needs across sites
* Manage site budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits
* Oversee daily operations across multiple cleaning contracts
* Lead and support site supervisors and cleaning teams to meet KPIs
* Ensure compliance with WHS, Fair Work, and award frameworks
* Manage rosters, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in account or operations management (cleaning or facilities preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and drive team performance
* Knowledge of compliance, rostering, and award interpretation
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites
