As our Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between SoClean and our clients—ensuring service excellence, compliance, and team performance across a portfolio of sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure client satisfaction through proactive account management and regular engagementMonitor and maintain the performance of client accounts to meet service standardsIdentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client outcomesProvide regular updates and reports on account performance to internal and external stakeholdersEfficiently manage and allocate resources to meet client needs across sitesManage site budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limitsOversee daily operations across multiple cleaning contractsLead and support site supervisors and cleaning teams to meet KPIsEnsure compliance with WHS, Fair Work, and award frameworksManage rosters, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviewsWhat You'll BringProven experience in account or operations management (cleaning or facilities preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and drive team performanceKnowledge of compliance, rostering, and award interpretationValid driver's licence and willingness to travel between sitesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + car allowance + phoneOpportunities for career progression in a growing business
