About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will focus on providing great customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast‐paced job where the ability to multi‐task and manage your time is essential.
Availability Requirements
The successful candidate should have flexible availability but be willing to commit to the following core hours each week:
* Monday: 15:00 - 21:00
* Tuesday: 15:00 - 21:00
* Wednesday: 15:00 - 21:00
About You & Your Skills
* You are focused on providing outstanding customer service.
* You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team.
* You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may be required to lift and reach moderately to heavily.
* You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
* Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials.
