We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Delivery Director to lead the delivery of client service products and services across the Rockhampton region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of customer service centres and Queensland government agency program offices, managing resources and staff capabilities, and developing strategic plans to support integrated service delivery.
About the Role:
* Lead the operations of customer service centres and Queensland government agency program offices
* Manage objectives, resources, people capabilities and issues relevant to the client service delivery program
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to enable the integrated delivery of services throughout the region
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients
* Work collaboratively with the product leadership team to manage service delivery aspects of the business within the region
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of customer service centres and Queensland government agency program offices
2. Manage budgets, resources, and staff capabilities to ensure effective delivery of client services
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients
5. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation
