About the role: We're currently offering full-time hours on a 6–8-month contract positions in the Customer Service Team.
This is an office-based role based in Surry Hills (walking distance to central train station) for early May start.
You'll be handling outbound calls to business persons, including: Client verification and work off an established list.
You will be setting appointments for research interviews on behalf of a large international government organisation.
Data entry.
The working hours are between 9:00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will need: Previous call centre experience ideally outbound.
Good on the phone.
High level of English proficiency.
Able to deal easily with business people.
Calm, resilient and emotionally mature.
Good keyboard skills.
Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of how to send, receive and store emails (ideally in MS Outlook).
