Your Potential Role
As Team Leader – Processing Solutions, you'll oversee the end-to-end management of our offshore service operations. This role is all about driving efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while maintaining strong relationships with our offshore partners.
You'll manage daily workflows, monitor quality, and lead the offshore team to deliver high standards of service across data entry, policy administration, and processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage daily workflow and operations of the offshore processing team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards are met
•Plan and allocate tasks, monitoring capacity utilisation and maintaining service levels
•Conduct regular quality checks, performance reviews, and implement training where needed
•Generate and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics, including turnaround times, accuracy, and throughput
•Lead and motivate the offshore team, fostering accountability and teamwork across time zones and cultures
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
•Experienced: 5+ years in general insurance broking (Diploma of Broking preferred) with proven leadership or senior operational experience
•Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory environments
•Skilled: Experienced in managing offshore or remote teams and driving performance in processing or back-office operations
•Tech-savvy: Familiar with broker platforms such as INSIGHT
•Adaptable: Comfortable managing across time zones and shifting priorities
•People-focused: A collaborative leader with a problem-solving mindset and growth orientation
