Therapy Position for People with Disabilities
About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our multidisciplinary team as a therapy professional. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy services to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empower customers to achieve their goals through a person-centred approach.
Key responsibilities include using the key worker model to collaborate with the therapy services team, conducting hub-based and community visits, and liaising with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services.
This is a full-time position based at our Coolbini hub, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements and professional development.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or related field
* AHPRA registration and right to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance within 6 months and Driver's Licence
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children Check
* First Aid Certificate and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
