Our Community & Home Support Services team provides flexible, client-centred support across Geelong and surrounding areas — with hours available seven days a week, from early mornings to late evenings.
What you'll do
As a Personal Support Worker, you'll support people to live safely, independently, and on their own terms by providing:
* Personal and self-care support including hygiene, dressing, eating and meal preparation
* Light domestic tasks and assistance in daily living
* Community access support, transport, shopping, and social outings
* Opportunities for skill development aligned with support plans
* Respectful, strengths-based assistance that upholds privacy and dignity
What you'll bring
* A warm, empowering approach and genuine care for helping people achieve their goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain documentation, file notes and follow support plans
* Flexibility to support a wide range of participants with individual needs
* Professional integrity, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
You'll also need
* Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR (within 12 months)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
