STEPS is on the lookout for a dynamic LLND Trainer to deliver the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program in Alice Springs. This is your chance to be part of a national Not-for-Profit that's changing lives through education, empowerment, and opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging LLND training tailored to adult learners
* Adapt resources to meet individual learning goals and styles
* Problem-solve creatively to meet contract requirements
* Build strong relationships with local organisations for referrals
* Accurately assess and record student progress and outcomes
* Promote the SEE Program and collaborate with stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
* TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
* TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skillset (or willingness to pay for and obtain)
* 100+ hours of adult education experience
* Respect for diversity and Indigenous Australian culture
* Ability to pass a National Police Check and hold a current Driver Licence
