THE ROLE
As our Sales Director, you'll lead a team of 40+ across sales and appointment setting.
This isn't a comfy, "manage-from-the-sidelines" role — it's front line, fast-paced, high-impact.
You'll:
Architect a world-class sales engine driven by process, accountability & intensity
Coach A-players daily through huddles, blitzes, drills, and live fire feedback
Drive high-performance culture through rituals, rhythms & real-time scoreboard obsession
Be the force multiplier across sales, marketing, events & client experience
Help scale the group across 80+ portfolio companies — this is just the beginning.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
· 5+ years leading 20+ high-volume phone sales reps
· You've hit — and smashed — ambitious revenue targets
· Energy for days that's infectious and inspiring
· You're a tactician and a motivator: pitch, psychology, CRM, KPIs — you own it
· HubSpot fluency and data-driven decisions are your norm
· You bleed coaching, structure, and results
· Bonus: You've sold high-ticket programs, coaching, or events
