Responsibilities
As an Administration Officer, you'll provide professional, efficient, and person‑centred support to clients attending the centre, while delivering essential administrative services that ensure smooth clinical operations. You'll work closely with nurses, allied health staff and managers to maintain accurate records, uphold safety standards and support high‑quality service delivery.
* Manage reception, switchboard and waiting room activity, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors
* Provide timely assistance and accurate information to clients, carers and community members
* Coordinate routine ordering, resource management and stock control using systems such as COS, Stream and Oracle
* Maintain and update clinical and administrative records using systems including iPM, Cerner PowerChart, Cerner Scheduling, CHIME, HPECM and HealthRoster
* Support WHS, quality improvement, accreditation and incident management processes, contributing to efficient and client‑focused service delivery

Selection Criteria
1. High level customer service skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service and maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that demonstrates capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
3. Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer applications and electronic health record systems.
4. Demonstrated initiative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes under broad supervision and in a team environment.
5. Experience supporting clinical and/or administration teams with healthcare computer and reporting systems.
6. Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
