Senior Pharmacy Leader Role
The position of Senior Pharmacy Leader is a key role within our organization. We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead and manage our pharmacy operations in the Murraylands region.
This full-time position involves supervising daily operations across multiple stores, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services to the local community. As a Senior Pharmacy Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense prescriptions and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently
* Conduct health plans and medication reviews to provide the best possible care for patients
* Provide counselling and education to customers on various health topics
* Supervise daily operations across multiple stores, including staff management and inventory control
* Collaborate with dispensing technicians to ensure high-quality service and efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You must also have current registration with AHPRA and relevant experience in a similar role.
