We are looking for a senior Procurement leader to manage high-value global spend, optimise supplier networks, and ensure supply continuity in a dynamic manufacturing and project-driven environment. Reporting to the CFO, you will deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic sourcing across critical materials and components
* Optimise global suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance
* Drive cost-saving initiatives with tangible bottom-line impact
* Oversee inbound freight, customs, warehousing, and logistics reporting
* Implement risk mitigation strategies for long lead times and supply volatility
* Convert project-based demand into accurate procurement forecasts
* Manage supply risks with financial and contractual exposure in mind
* Lead and develop procurement and logistics teams
* Formalise SOPs and strengthen governance and reporting
Skills, Experience and Qualficiations:
* Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline
* Experienced managing high-value global procurement portfolios
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or project-driven environments
* Skilled in supplier qualification, negotiation, and contract management
* Track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
* Comfortable in high-accountability, executive-visible roles
* Proven leadership in team development and operational governance
