Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support – Aging
* First Aid and CPR certificates
* Transparent and current National Police Check
Responsibilities
* Providing clients with help they require to accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom
* Building relationships with clients by creating personal connections and taking an interest in their live
* Maintaining care records and administration in accordance with company policy
People with no experience are encouraged to apply for these vacancies, however a career pathway/ training program may be required to complete prior to being put forward for the positions.
All training programs include first aid, CPR, training in Manual Handling and work placement. (Please note that these certificates and placement are not offered individually, only as part of a program)
