As a Pharmacy Assistant, you may be required to:
Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly will be part of your everyday role. This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.
Assist customers with general queries
Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
Set up displays for catalogue promotions
Who we are looking for?
We want people with the right skills, attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
When will you be required to work?
While our store operates from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, this role is what we call the “after school shift,” usually 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You don’t need to be a student, it’s perfect for anyone wanting part-time work. The role is on a rotating roster of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday. Our rosters are set fortnightly, so you will always have plenty of notice.
