Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Strategic Partnership Marketing Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering on partnership deals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring high-end client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard new partners and set clear expectations with a plan and timeline of deliverables
* Be the main point of contact for partners throughout their campaign, ensuring proactive and transparent communication
* Manage the calendar of partnership activations across podcast, events, social, email, education, and content
* Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure all deliverables are executed to brand standard
* Track campaign performance and compile wrap-up reports that reinforce value and open doors for renewal
* Create and maintain systems for campaign workflow and communications to improve efficiency and partner experience
Requirements
* 3+ years in partnership marketing, client services, or campaign management
* Proactive problem solver and project manager who thrives on clarity, deadlines, and keeping the wheels turning
* Highly organized, great with timelines, and love working across multiple touchpoints at once
* Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and understanding digital, events, and content marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can represent the brand with warmth and professionalism
* Motivated by creating win-win relationships and driving results through value-led execution
