We are now looking for a capable and experienced Retail Manager to lead our growing team and drive business success.
About the Role:
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining overall business performance. This is a key leadership position suited to someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and has a proven background in retail or salon management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
* Supervise and train staff to maintain service quality and efficiency
* Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
* Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
* Monitor and improve sales performance and client retention
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
* Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling needs

Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a retail or salon management role
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory control
* Experience in a beauty or wellness setting (preferred but not essential)
