About the Opportunity
This pivotal role is a 12-month parental leave cover position that involves building our reputation and influencing perceptions across key internal and external audiences. As a Corporate Communications and Change Manager, you will lead divisional change and communication strategies, deliver compelling storytelling, and provide trusted counsel to leaders while helping embed our business plan and company culture.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering divisional communication and change plans that align with our business strategy and divisional objectives, partnering with leadership teams to provide communication counsel and support for internal and external priorities, creating and executing integrated communication strategies for key projects and strategic milestones, and building and maintaining strong local community relationships and engaging with local media.
You will also be responsible for leading and executing storytelling, producing high-quality content for internal and external channels, and delivering training and coaching to stakeholders to enhance communication capability and engagement.
About You
We are seeking a natural communicator with a flair for strategic communications and a passion for building engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in fast-paced and complex environments and will have proven experience (5 years) in corporate communications or similar roles.
Key skills and qualifications include strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills, expertise in change communication, experience managing media and digital communication channels, and the ability to advise senior leaders and influence across multi-disciplinary teams.
