About the role
The Administration Officer is a newly created position that will report to the Head of Operations (HoO) and will play a critical role in supporting our team to ensure that the needs of our employees are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The Administration Officer will provide diary management for the CEO and support the HoO with administration and compliance including: providing HR administrative support; basic IT support including but not limited to new employee set up; support meeting and travel arrangements; maintain administration and operations procedures and systems; and provide general administration support for the Head of Operations, CEO and other members of the team as required. This position will be responsible for managing the office facilities and co-owners' management including strata committee commitments and responsibilities.
