Role Overview
As an Aboriginal Youth Justice Caseworker, you will contribute to improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish strong relationships with the Aboriginal community and key stakeholders.
* Implement case management activities targeting risk/needs to reduce re-offending.
* Collaborate with Youth Justice staff and other stakeholders to connect young people to essential services.
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education or a related field.
* NSW Working with Children Check clearance.
* Current Driver's Licence.
This role requires a compassionate and experienced individual who can provide frontline services to young people at the Bathurst Youth Justice Community Office as part of a multidisciplinary team.
