About the Role: Working closely with the Credit Manager as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll take full ownership of the accounts receivable function from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger Chasing outstanding payments through phone and email correspondence Investigating and resolving account discrepancies through reconciliations Ensuring timely and accurate allocation of incoming payments Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer billing issues Compiling regular aging reports and AR summaries Assisting with month-end close and contributing to financial reporting Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline AR processes Handling various administrative and finance-related tasks as needed About You: To thrive in this position, you'll ideally bring: Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or as a credit controller Sap experience preferred Strong reconciliation capabilities Confident communication skills and a collaborative attitude Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Solid experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Excel A proactive, dependable, and team-focused approach What’s on Offer: Eastern suburbs location Job security in a permanent role Onsite parking available Attractive remuneration of $75,000 to $80,000 superannuation Friendly, supportive, and down-to-earth team How to Apply: To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
