**About our Opportunity**
As part of our continued commitment to providing seamless customer service, we have an opportunity for a **Showroom Consultant** in our conveniently located facility in Maroochydore.
In this customer-facing role you will be the face of the business and the first point of contact for new and existing customers visiting the showroom and making phone enquiries. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, listening to their enquiries and then engaging the appropriate member of our sales or customer service teams best placed to support them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiries
- Assessing customer enquiries and engaging the appropriate team members to help them
- Using our CRM (Salesforce) to enter appointments for our Sales Representatives and to retrieve information
This is a permanent, full time role and in order to meet the needs of our customers, our core business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

**About You**
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with face-to-face customer service experience who would like to develop their customer service skills or move in to sales support. Your communication skills and your commitment to providing outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring your enjoyment and success in this position.
We are looking for people with:
- Previous face-to-face customer service or sales experience (preferably within the building industry)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence in talking to a wide variety of customers
- Previous experience with a CRM (ideal but not essential) - or the ability to learn
- Basic experience of using telephone systems and MS Outlook
