Your role
As a Junior Process Engineer, you will identify, design, develop, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal extraction and manufacturing activities. Your responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring smooth operation of production lines and optimising SOPs.
2. Troubleshooting factory issues and liaising with operators.
3. Modifying designs and leading process optimisation projects.
4. Conducting research to improve efficiency and productivity.
5. Supporting Capex projects and equipment upgrades.
6. Ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
7. Meeting customer specifications for products.
8. Preparing technical reports and documentation.
Candidate requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or related.
* Experience in manufacturing, ideally pharma or food/beverage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
