**About the Opportunity**
Due to continued growth in our business we are opening up a brand new Milwaukee repair service centre in Jandakot, WA. This new and exciting role will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Service Centre including the design, scope and implementation of continuous improvements that drive best practice within the centre ensuring daily operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the National Aftersales Service Manager you will initially have 10 direct reports including service technicians and workshop logistics administrators ,your duties will involve:
- Monitoring the cost centres of the Milwaukee WA service centre
- Conducting regular reviews of direct reports and record same for verification purposes
- Attending Product training to keep up to date with current product information
- Develop, mentor and coach direct reporting team leaders and their staff
- Manage the expansion phase of the Milwaukee WA service centre to "best practice"
- Assist with the set and recruitment requirements for the new service centre
- Establish and maintain an inventory control system that ensures the spare parts meet the supply and demands of end users
- Follow all Government Guidelines with Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
- Review the checking in procedure on a regular basis and amend as required to ensure agreed turnaround times are met
- Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures
**About You**
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude or Trade background would be well regarded
- Proven experience in management of warranty and service operations/systems would be advantageous but is not essential
- Previous people management experience is required
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Proactive ability to think ahead, team player and focussed on meeting deadlines
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing continuous business improvement initiatives
- Experience working within a CRM (SalesForce or similar) & ERP system environment (SAP or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to enhance team performance through leadership, development and empowerment
- Knowledge of LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills
