About the Role
The Warehouse Manager is the main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process. This means that you will have to be experienced in warehousing, managing warehouse employees, forklift operators, drivers, loaders, handlers, processes, and a warehouse management system.
The Warehouse Manager will oversee safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.
The Warehouse Manager will report directly to the Operations Director.

Duties:
Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logistics
Assist the Operations Director on National Operational tasks
Motivate, organise, and discipline staff
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles
Keep detailed records of warehouse activities
Ensure effective and protected use of warehouse equipment
Ensure safety of staff
Conduct 6-12mth reviews with your staff
Skills and Experience:
High school certificate or equivalent
Experience in logistics, business, or supply chain management
Driver's license
Forklift certification
8+ years of related warehouse management experience
